Inspired by our love of ice cream and creating memorable celebrations, we bring the fun of Magoo's directly to your party — from baby showers and graduations to corporate events and weddings. What Makes Us Different
We’re not just dropping off ice cream — we bring a fully interactive dessert experience that becomes part of your event. Our setup is designed to stand out visually, serve efficiently, and give guests a memorable, hands-on experience.

✅ Submit a Booking Request
Fill out our simple form to start the booking process! We’ll gather details like event theme and guest count, dates and times, and any special customizations to make your experience unforgettable. We’ll check availability and reach out to finalize details.

📧Lock In Your Date
Once we’ve confirmed your event date and time, we’ll send an invoice for the deposit. A 30% deposit is required to officially secure your date. Once your deposit is received, your event is booked!

Final Guest Count & Payment
Final guest count and remaining balance are due 3 days before your event. Additional guests will be charged at the per-person rate."

Guest Count:
A final guest count is required 3 days prior to your event. This number will serve as your guaranteed minimum and will be used be used for final billing as well as staffing and product preparation.
We prepare and staff based on the guest count you provide. If fewer guests attend, the original confirmed count will still apply. If more guests attend, we are happy to serve additional guests when possible; however, all additional guests served must be paid for. Large increases in guest count cannot be guaranteed.

Booking & Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event based on the final guest count

Pricing & What’s Included
Packages start at $300 and include service for up to 25 guests.
Additional guests are $12 per person.
Service includes ice cream, toppings, sundae bar setup, on-site service, and breakdown.
We proudly serve the South Shore area. At this time, we do not regularly service areas outside the South Shore. However, in some instances we may be able to travel outside this area. Please reach out to us to inquire about availability. Additional travel fees may apply.

How Serving Works
We prepare and bring enough ice cream for your full guest count so no one misses out. If not every guest claims a serving (for example, 25 guests booked but only 20 take ice cream), the remaining servings are still included in your package. They are yours to use however you’d like—guests can enjoy seconds, share them, or take them home.Think of it like ordering pizza for a party: you order enough for everyone in advance, and any extras just become more for your group to enjoy.

Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
Our cart includes a built-in roof to provide shade and light weather protection. However, in cases of heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions, the client must provide a safe, covered, and level alternative setup area.
If severe weather creates unsafe working conditions and no suitable alternative location is available, Magoo’s Sundae Cart reserves the right to pause or stop service for safety reasons. In this case, payments made may be credited toward a future event date, subject to availability.

Allergy Notice
Our sundae cart is a nut-free environment. We do not serve or use any peanut or tree nut products. However, our cart is not allergen-free, and other allergens may still be present due to shared ingredients or manufacturing facilities. All guests with allergies must inform our staff before ordering. This helps us serve you safely and provide guidance on suitable options.
