Service Description
1hr 45min birthday party at Magoo's Party includes: -18-Hole Mini Golf -2 large cheese pizzas -Make your own sundae -2 Pitchers of water and lemonade. -Paper goods (cups, napkins, plates, utensils) *Choose any 3 toppings off our menu for the make your own sundae bar. Whipped cream and cherries will be included in addition to the 3 chosen toppings. *Each guest may choose vanilla, chocolate, or twist soft serve ice cream. *2 large pizzas included per party of 10. Additional pizza or food may be purchased off our menu. If possible please let us know in advance if you'd like to add additional food. **No outside food allowed, except for cake/cupcakes** A $50 deposit is required for all appointments upon booking to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance which is due in store at the end of your party. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you will need to cancel or reschedule your party. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your party, your deposit will not be refunded. (Exceptions to be made in the event of bad weather) Please provide approximate number of guests when booking. Guests may be added or subtracted and we will take the final head count upon arrival. If possible, please send us a message or gives a call with the final count before the day of your party. ($25 per person + tax). For any questions please send us a message or give us a call.
Cancellation policy: We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel with 72 hours or more notice, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your event will forfeit the deposit, since we prepare for your confirmed guest count. Booking & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Guest Count: Client must provide a final guest count 7 days prior to the event. This number will be used for staffing and product preparation. We prepare and staff based on the guest count you provide. If fewer guests attend, the original confirmed count will still apply. If more guests attend, we are happy to serve additional guests when possible; however, all additional guests served must be paid for. Large increases in guest count cannot be guaranteed. Pricing & What’s Included: Base pricing is $10 per guest with a 25 guest minimum. Service includes ice cream, toppings, sundae bar setup, on-site service, and breakdown. We proudly serve the South Shore area. At this time, we do not regularly service areas outside the South Shore. However, in some instances we may be able to travel outside this area. Please reach out to us to inquire about availability. Additional travel fees may apply. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events): Our cart includes a built-in roof to provide shade and light weather protection. However, in cases of heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions, the client must provide a safe, covered, and level alternative setup area. If severe weather creates unsafe working conditions and no suitable alternative location is available, Magoo’s Sundae Cart reserves the right to pause or stop service for safety reasons. In this case, payments made may be credited toward a future event date, subject to availability. Allergy Notice: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, nuts, soy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. The client is responsible for informing guests of potential allergens. Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is not required, but is always appreciated by our staff.
